It is Thursday, October 15th at 8:13 in the morning. My love, I just got back from a 5 mile run on the threaadmill and as always, I feel INVIGORATED!!!! Sweetheart, I just can't help it that I truly am a very active California Gal, Wink! Wink! I'm sooooooo looking forward to snowfall this winter and I have decided, I'm going back to California for two weeks. I've already purchased my lift tickets and I'm bound for Mammoth in January! I'll be staying in San Diego the entire time as it is only a 5 hour drive to Mammoth! Well, time for a power breakfast. I think I'll walk across the street to the Radisson Hotel and have some "Country Fried Potatoes"! I don't usually eat greasy foods but once in a "Harvest Moon", I get naughty. I'll be having a bowl of oatmeal afterwards and then pop an Omega-3 capsule and that should do my body good! Sweetheart, before I go, I recieved quite a number of emails from readers who have all agreed that you are, and I quote my love "he can't hide the fact that you are a trouble maker and he has zero integrity in the manner for which he has been operating his board". My love, this statement came from at least 5 different readers [Lisa not included]. My love, I don't know who these readers are but apparently, they all have been following my journal. I did email them back and told them don't hesitate to post [their] comments directly to him [you] and believe it or not, one of my emailers responded to me and said "whats the use, he's just going to end up blaming it on you [me]"! He was right, but I did tell him oooooooooooooh NO! And assured them that I'll make sure that you don't blame it on me! Look on the bright side my love, chances are they may not even post anything! It is suggested that at least 30 minutes of power walking or even doing the traditional house chores everyday will not only boost one's immune systems but also improve one's overall health by as much as 40%. Now, since you are so fond of sitting on your computer chair with so very little physical activity, the artical further stated that in order to decrease one's chance of accidentally coloring their [your] undies, you must at least take 5 good stretches within an 8 hour period to reduce any bowel fluid accidents! I remember vividly, he was so adamant about changing up his boxer-briefs at least once a week and would never have thought about passing his used ones down to someone else in need, even though his were still brand new. . .well, our secret was OXY CLEAN, Wink! Wink! Had we known you then, we would've been more than happy to have passed his used undies onto you! Just an idea dear, even if one works out at the gym one can still certainly neglect his undies and I certainly hope that is not the case for you; afterall, we probably belong to the same gym and I wouldn't want to be working out next to you, knowing that something fierce is going on with your undergarments! It is Friday, October 16th at 12:28 in the morning! My love, I arrived back home at about 9:30 this evening and, I will be home through Sunday before leaving out-of-town again on Monday! I purchased a brand new Macbook Pro at the apple store downtown on King Street last week and Ifinally was able to put it together this evening! Its alot of fun but I'm still trying to get acclamated to the way it works, which is far way different from the traditional Dell notebook but I love it! I will be donating my Dell notebook to Goodwill among other things. I've cleaned out my closet last weekend and ended up with two boxes of goodies which I will also be donating to Goodwill as well! My love, I will be going to bed now as I will be up early and at the gym at 6:30 in the morning! Fridays are usually my heavy workout days and it does make my weekends alot more enjoyable, allowing my body to produce the natural energy I ever so need before leaving town on a Monday!
